Konyk Front Suspension Project for Ninebot G30 MAX

Digital single-sided front suspension project for the Ninebot G30 MAX electric scooter, developed by Konyk and validated through a functional prototype. The project is intended for personal manufacturing, scooter customization, or commercial production.

Quantity

The package includes STL files for 3D printing, original CAD models of all parts and assemblies, manufacturing drawings, DXF files, and a complete bill of materials for standard hardware components. The suspension is designed for the Exa A5 150 mm air shock absorber and is also compatible with suitable spring shock absorbers. The shock can be mounted on either side of the suspension.

The design uses standard bearings and fastening hardware, with full specifications included. Commercial use of the project is permitted, allowing buyers to manufacture products for personal use or resale.
