International Shipping

Orders are shipped worldwide except to countries that are enemies of Ukraine.

The primary international shipping method is Ukrposhta.
In some cases, international delivery may also be arranged through Nova Poshta for countries where Nova Poshta branches are available.

Preference is generally given to Ukrposhta shipments.

Payment

Cash on delivery is not available for international orders.

The ordering process works as follows:

1. A preliminary shipment declaration is created to calculate the exact shipping cost.
2. The customer receives a complete invoice including:
   • product cost
   • shipping cost
3. The order is shipped only after full payment is received.

If the shipping cost turns out to be too high, the customer may decline the order before payment.

Packaging

Every order is personally packed by hand with attention to safe transportation and protection of the parts during delivery.

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped:

• on the same day
• or on the next day after payment

Shipping is handled without weekends or days off.

Shipping Responsibility

The seller takes responsibility for the risks of international shipment loss during transportation.

If a parcel is lost, the customer receives a full refund including:

• the full product price
• the full shipping cost

Shipping Within Ukraine

Domestic shipments within Ukraine are handled through Nova Poshta.

Most orders are processed with full prepayment.
In some cases, depending on the situation and prior agreement, cash on delivery service via Nova Poshta may be available.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is also available:

• from the warehouse or shop
• or at a pre-arranged meeting location

Pickup details are discussed individually during the order process.
